Beautiful!
His ending lines about rebuilding a powerful state was filled with pride and optimism!
Sergei Glazyev made a similar point a while back - that Russia would be forced back to socialism (albeit market oriented one)
Another example of a model of a new world economic order, which we called integral (due to the fact that the state in it unites all social groups of different interests), is India. It has a different political system, but it also has the primacy of public interests over private ones, and the state seeks to maximize growth rates in order to fight poverty. In this sense, the new world economic order is socialist in ideology. At the same time, it uses market mechanisms of competition, which makes it possible to provide the highest concentration of resources for making a technological revolution in order to ensure economic leaps based on a new advanced technological order.

In contrast to the posthumanism of the West, the core countries of the new world economic order are characterized by a socialist ideology, albeit with respect for private interests, protection of private property and the use of market mechanisms. In China, India, Japan, and Korea, socialist ideology dominates—or rather, a mixture of socialist ideology, national interests, and market competition.

The ecocnomy essentially is socialist at this point. Production is not done for profit and it is even done for ideology now - look at the ESG scores whereby Blackrock will decide what companies get investment backing based on ideology (ie. LGBT/Environmentalism/whatever new fad of the day)
An ESG score is a way to assign a quantitative metric, such as a numerical score or letter rating, to the environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts undertaken by a specific organization.

Their obviously needs to be a proletarian dictatorship governing the State. However it is fantastic even the cosmopolitan liberals in Russia's bourgeois class are finally forced to confront the spectre of communism and submit
