Currently, NATO members Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Turkey host US nuclear weapons under NATO’s nuclear sharing program. The US and NATO have previously said that they wouldn’t place nuclear weapons in countries that joined the alliance after the Cold War, but Duda said discussions on the issue are happening.
“There is always a potential opportunity to participate in the nuclear sharing program,” Duda told the newspaper Gazeta Polska. “We have spoken with American leaders about whether the United States is considering such a possibility. The issue is open.”
The provocative statements from Duda come amid soaring tensions between the US and Russia that largely stem from NATO expansion east of Germany since the end of the Cold War and the alliance’s promise to eventually absorb Ukraine.
The US recently announced it was building a permanent military base in Poland, breaking from an agreement with Russia known as the 1997 NATO-Russia Founding Act. Under the act, the US and NATO agreed not to establish permanent bases east of Germany.
The US argues that the base in Poland doesn’t violate the act because troops will be deployed to the facility on a rotational basis, but it’s unlikely Moscow will see it that way.

Polish nationalists, that are in charge of Polish state, are absolute fools.
A few years ago a pro-US Polish official whilst speaking off record made the following comments
Poland is being maneauvered into the same position it was in the interwar period. Instead of allowing Soviets onto Polish territory to combat Nazism they took an anticommunist position and threw their lot in with the British and French.
Who promptly threw them under the bus when the shit hit the fan because there was never any feasible way of the British coming to Polands aid when Germany is next to it.
The Polish fascists under Pilzudski did not want Soviets on 'Polish' land because Poland had annexed parts of Belarus/Ukraine and Lithuania in the 1920 Polish-Soviet war. The Poles had then subjected the citizens there to a "Polandisation" in which they outlawed their national languages, forced Polish language on them and sent military officers to settle those lands.
Russians have already said that Nato must return to it's 1996 borders. That is what is coming when Nato begins to unravel over Ukraine/Global Depression and inflation crisis.

It's unclear who recorded the conversation said to be from this spring, and why, though speculation has focused on Russian intelligence, which is believed to have leaked a similarly embarrassing conversation between American officials.
After his interlocutor asks why he's skeptical of the alliance, Sikorski continues that it is "bullshit."
"We are gonna conflict with both Russians and Germans, and we're going to think that everything is great, because we gave the Americans a blowjob. Suckers. Total suckers," Sikorski says, according to a translation of the account for BuzzFeed.
The recording is one of many made of politicians' conversations in posh restaurants, and has emerged as a massive problem for the country's ruling Civic Platform.
Sikorski also employs a racially-charged word in the conversation, describing the mentality of Poles as "Murzyńskość." An English-language Polish outlet described the phrase as meaning "thinking 'like a Negro.'"

Their prominence in the Polish state doesn't reflect a sizeable population in Poland that still views Russia with a positive side.
